Ebay account suspended after 1 month for sell
Hello
I have an ebay account that has been suspended, I called them they told me it's definitive, change platforms.
It happened after a month of selling on my ebay.
I asked ebay support to tell me the reason for the suspension, they told me no it's internal information. I don't know what they mean by that.
So I left afterwards to look for the problem, because I hadn't done anything illegal in my listing or anything else.
I found that I had an account that was created 1 year ago, I had opened it in my early days when I didn't know how to sell on ebay yet and it was suspended after 24 hours following the 1st listing, which is normal. But I didn't call them because I didn't know anything about it yet.
And I forgot this account, it had the same phone number as my account that I want to recover which dates from 2016:( .
I haven't been able to do anything about this account for five days now.
Is there anything I can do to reopen it, because I see it's no longer possible after what they told me, right?

And to open another account?
I heard that I have to change my info, change the mac address of my pc, and use another network connection, than the one used?
