Paypal and Ebay

Hi all, just wondering as me stealth Paypal has just been limited pending photo ID and bank statement, Can I use my stealth ebay with a real Paypal account? If I withdraw the money from my Paypal now, and set up another with my real details will this get flagged to ebay?
