Need help - MC011 Your eBay Account has been restricted
 

Hi,

Few days back I have received an email from eBay that my eBay account has been restricted and ask me to submit invoices or receipts for the recent sales

I pay for my supplier via PayPal and its not via an invoice.

Could someone please suggest who can help me to create few legit invoices that I have purchased these goods from a retails shop ?

Or could someone help to overcome from this issue ?

I really need to get this account reinstated

why cant you ask your supplier to prepare an invoice?

Why not be honest with them, say that you pay with Paypal, and show eBay those transactions?

dropshipping is fine,not retail arbitrage.
taking money from a retail customer and use it to buy from another retailer and ask it to ship to that customer is no no

Hi,

Thanks for the advice, I have paid for my supplier via a different PayPal also mentioned good are inside US but actually they were sent directly via DHL Express from China instead

Ebay does not care where it is coming from,buying from a wholesaler is good enough

I have YET to get an invoice from a legit China Supplier approved through paypal? Non trademark goods, non copyrighted goods. So I quit trying to go that route.

Hi,

I bought these items from a DH gate supplier, shall I use those invoices to provide on eBay?, BTW I have sold few sports merchandise such as NBA replica jerseys

Or could someone suggest a good online store which eBay accepts their receipts so I could create few invoices, cz some said eBay won't accept Amazon receipts or invoices

Get creative or you can use people who will get documentation for you to verify

Or do what I did, and create a .com website for a made up wholesales company, then you can tell ebay that this company is your supplier and then literally print your own invoices........
