LOL, will you be selling any vero or copyrighted items. Any digital items, any branded items. You will just lose all 10 at once. I run 2 ebays on each of my 3 paypals.

But are you sharing the paypals between these two ebay? wouldnt that cause a link between them?

It looks like a sure fire way to get everything linked. All the costs of making an account, sim card cost, the likes, all would be wasted.

If you link 10 eBay stealth accounts to one PayPal account, that is a surefire way to have 10 suspended eBay accounts in no time flat and have your PayPal account limited and possibly lose your money after 180 days.

There are not shortcuts in stealth, ebay and paypal can easily detect this type of behavior
