Ebay seller account resticted - vpn or new ip for new account ?
 

Hi,
so I have 4 ebay accounts and 3 of them was seller account
but 3 weeks ago ebay restricted my 2 seller account.

all seller accounts link to same paypal ac**** and the main seller account still active
they only removed 1 account listings.

when i got VERO they removed my items but when they removed them I had more then 100 items sold and was waiting for shipping I shipped all orders from my paypal but people who check their orders status did not see any item and open cases and I provided tracking numbers and closed all cases.

then I got MC011 ebay asked for tracking numbers first I uploaded all of them and shows delivered then ebay ask or invoices, ID, etc etc.

I do not have all my invoices so if I do not respond that email they sent ask for invoices what they gonna do ? are they gonna keep my account restricted or ?

also I have dynamic IP my internet provider change my IP address every week.
since I have dynamic IP is that ok if I get VPN for new ebay account ?

also if I open new ebay account can I open new paypal account with EIN.
I want to open new paypal account for new ebay store and use my EIN.

1- VPN enough for new ebay account ?
2- EIN ok for new paypal ac**** to link new ebay ?

Did all of your eBay accounts linked to that paypal have different ip's? or on the same ip.
