you can live in USA and speak only Russian.
Italian town,China town,Vietnamese town in USA,some immigrants do not speak English,they live with their family and speak their native language!

Don't worry, just find some friend who can speak a little English and they can translate for you. Russian can come to USA, live 20 years and become a millionaire and never learn English. These guys own half of Brooklyn.
