My Stealth eBays automatically have 1,000/25,000 limit but keep getting banned, help!
 

Hi,

so when i create my stealth ebay accounts recently i am given automatically the 1,000/25,000 limit. However, when i can list items but then after 20ish minutes it gets removed and i'm trying to detect what's flagging the account to get banned. I'm not sure if it is due to the item i am listing (gift card) or if it's getting linked back to me. I am using dedicated IP.

I always list a book/movie first and then i try to list a gift card. If I had to guess i'd say it's getting banned because of the gift card because it can be considered a high risk item but that used to never be an issue no less than 5 months ago. Did they change something?

Gift card is definitely high risk, did it get banned because f the used book?

It doesn't say what caused the account to get banned, it just has that red text on the my ebay page that says "This account has been suspended..." or whatever. So I am not exactly sure what it got suspended for.

Was that implemented recently? I feel like they've really cracked down on what can be listed in the past year.

They've had bots for quite some time, but definitely have cracked down since last year

high limit accounts usually do not get database questions when you call them, they just approve you for calling in and talking about what you are selling.. Now if it's a 5/500 or 10/1k you may be required to have an ID or answer questions.

How is it possible to get 1000 limits on creating new account?? Seems like Ebay gives only 10 items to sell in the beginning...

just call. i had this happen on 3 of my last 5 new accounts last week (they were either 500 or 1k, $25k). i was gonna abandon but decided to call. All are up and running except one which was flagged a second time. I will call tomorrow and see what happens with that one.

usually even US citizens are given only 10/500

if you read the forums, there are some hints on here

but people here don't usually spoon feed information so that their method can't be copied by all
