How can i work with stealh account
 

I have a 1000-25k account that I bought a few days ago as I can work with this account. I have a verified PayPal account from another account that was suspended. Can I use this PayPal account with my new account by changing the email address and number? Do I need a bank account? I do not have paypal linked to my ebay account they sold it to me only with the credit card.

Did you buy the account from one of the sellers in the marketplace in this forum?

I don't think it's a good idea to do what you are thinking.
Did the seller not provide you with instructions?

Our marketplace on this forum is the best that I know of.
Don't want to be a party pooper but I'd wager the account you bought elsewhere could be of low quality.

I'd forgo it and purchase one here for peace of mind and longevity of your account.
Later on, you can fire it up as a spare account and see how it goes.

What bothers me is they actually gave you a credit card with it. That's a red flag.
It implies that the they gave you a stolen card if that's a real CC.

is a virtual credits card sir i no have problem with the account i I want to work in the best way with the account. It has a 3-month guarantee. only want to know if i need VCC and banck acccount for best work

You mean they sold you account with virtual credit card linked to it. It's necessary for verification of any paypal account. So you don't need VCC anymore. But YES you need bank account to withdraw money. If your account is 1000/25k limits... I suppose it's US account set, so you need US bank account to link to your paypal. If not US, you need a bank account of that country which your account is.
