Accout Restricted after second VeRo violation
 

Hi! I got my ebay account restricted for 7 days in December due to VeRo. After the restriction was removed, i had no sales and its never been like that. I called ebay and they told me that everything is grate, but its not. Can u please, give me advice, will my account be good again or i should delete it?

If you're selling a vero item. 1st suspension is 7 days, 2nd suspension is 30 days, 3rd suspension is 30 days. If it happens one more time you're permanently banned. If you're going to Continuing selling the same item. Clean and resize your image. Change the title and description and shipping price. More than likely you have a competitor that's reporting you. Because your price is better than theirs been there done that. Had this happened to me a couple of times. Good luck

When I had this happen in the past I used promoted listings which puts them up there in the search until your listings list high again.

Fisrt restriction is 3 days, second is 7 days. My account is still active, called ebay they said - no problem with the account. Ebay automatically remove all my VeRo violation items. I will never list them again, it was a mistake.
