eBay requests a business license

Hi!
I used to have problems with Ebay before.

Now I have an account that works great.

I'm just afraid that Ebay will lock me again.

How and what should I watch out for if I don't want Ebay to request a trade license?

I have a maximum of 8 items in it and only used ones.

My limit is 500 items 5000 €

Do they also require a trade license if I exceed my limit?

Just have 402 items and 2800 € still available.
