about a year gone by

hi about 1 year has gone by since i was given a warning on what not to sell on ebay do u think i can start selling my how to discs again on dvd-r discs and they wont notice since its been a long time went by since i last listed

they have a list of what cannot be sold on Ebay and bots are always checking,
