Need Some Advice.

New account is up with a gift card ,different name different address, Im going to send all the paypal payments to a clean paypal in a different name(friends acct). Just wondering if the simon.com gift card is rechargeable and how should I pay seller fees.

But the simple answer is...most aren't. Some are. Pay with your card.
