Will I be able to use my ebay?

Hey guys in November one of my ebay account was restricted for non payment of 300 gbp in fees if I pay it now can I still use it as normal and will it behave different in terms of payment holds/etc? or should i just create a paypal from scratch

If it has been sent to debt collection, forget it. Otherwise, you can ring in an explain some boohoo story why you haven't paid and that you are happy to continue your business.
Make sure they agree on over the phone to reinstate it.
I would say it's still a gamble but you can try.
