Can't contact ebay call center

Hello!
After my account got suspended tried to call them but always the system said : try again later we are upgrading our system.
I am not in US, how can I call them?

I don`t think number or mbile operator is the problem, already tried with 4 different numbers and mobile operators.

Ok but my account got suspended on January and there are now about 2 months
that Im calling,not every day, without reaching them... maybe they switched off the phone :lol::lol:

Use Skype and call the USA or UK number they will deal with your inquiry

Im dealing with this every single day. Im calling from skype. Just repeat until you get answered. Sometime for me it takes even 10 times.

You don't need to change phone.
