Account suspended For counterfeit items

Hello, i have a problem my account was suspended 5 days ago for selling counterfeits items, even i'm really sure that some competitors report my store to the right owners to get rid of me, but i contact eBay for more information, and now they send me this message from ebay vero team, and i need help how can solve this problem, and what kind of message i have to send to the rights owners to receive retractions from them.
