i don't understand the issue.. If you do the account right, you're almost guaranteed 1k/25k every time. The lower limit ones, i still get reinstated. Just call the... the ****ing issue is right now,YOU CAN'T CALL! I lost 11 accounts in 5 days. So i am a bit panicked to get creating accounts again and its driving me nuts not able to call in on these suspended accounts.. yes within 30 mins, and on top of that the sim expires in 7 days heh

Just do what Steveo says.
I also learned through trial and error what to do what not to do.
creating everything though a VPN.

Just think "how would a new dude who has no knowledge of ebay behave on this platform ?"

Or even better, give someone all the credentials and make them set up your account, let them "play" with it a little. and success will come.

I also got the 30 minutes suspended, will you installed Java in the VM? if using a physical PC to create the account, will you installed Java?

I can confirm this.
If you did created the account right, you will never be suspended right away, even after first listing and finally sell your first item.
It's on the creation process. eBay is not randomly suspending accounts without any reasons behind it.

Why would you need to install/run Java?
What applications you needed to run?

no application, but when register ebay account, ebay will appear a dialogue stated no Java in my system, I want to know if I need to install it and think if it will touch ebay security if a normal user or a stealth user

You might be running an older version of OS or old version of your browser?
Java is default disabled in most of the browsers now.
