MC011 - Your eBay selling account has been restricted - NO REASON GIVEN
 

Hello can someone tell me what I did wrong? Today I goT MC011 email from ebay that my selling privileges have been temporary suspended.

I'm top seller on ebay, 100% positive feeback and not more than 10 returns in past months.

In email message they did not tell me what I need to do please look at this:

There is nothing about what I did wrong I completely don't understang what is wrong and what to do.

Please did you in past got something like this? And if yes can you tell me how this is possible to solve or my account is forever gone?

I have sold vero items adn I was restricted for selling first for 3 days and then for 7 days. After that I haven't received any vero complaint and I stopped selling everything vero related (about month ago). Today I got this.

This is my personal account.

Hmm.... if they still tag you after all this time, it's probably more severe than it seems to be.

And the cause is definitely the Vero items

Yes I called to them and they said that company have contacted them about this and the decision is final. So this is because of vero violation.

Learned painful and hard lection today. Lost strong three years old power seller account today. That feeling is terrible :(

I have backup account but without any reputation not power seller account. Only benefit in my eyes is that account is two years old. Listed some test items and there are visible after 24-48 hours so I think I can sell with it but this is nothing compated to this restricted account :( Need to start building everything over.

I have the same exact message you can see my last post. This SUCKS to hear man! I feel so bad for you... I really don't want this to happen to my account too. Worked so hard on it and I believe you too, I can't imagne how you feel right now.

same i lost 10 accounts yesterday night haha .. all related to vero i guess . they want ID manufactur invoice ect.. i have a now a goal looose 10 create 20 .. so you always have more as back up.

When this happens to me I contact all of my customers in the last 180 days, tell them the items are defective/recalled and to open a return case and leave Paypal/ebay with a nice -$xx,xxx balance.

Then you can use this merchandise to establish a new account. This works especially well when eBay deletes all your past listings.
