Confused about all details how to start new account

Hey guys I bought the stealth book

I got MC011'ed on ebay and now need to open new accounts without them catching the old one

My question is do I need a new paypal account, I can get a new Mailbox/address but would like to keep stuff in my name not a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name I can do an alias, do I need a new checking account. Can someone please give me a quick rundown.
