Default Why is MC011 a killer on a legit account?

I'm wondering why receiving an MC011 on a legitimate account is a killer? My account was registered with my LLC. Here's some background:

I opened the account in early Feb and was immediately given a $500K selling limit. Initially, the account was blocked and required some verification which I did provide. In fact, I had to do this twice. Since that time, I've had 67 successful transactions and 24 positive feedbacks. All shipping is done within 24 hours.

I've been in contact with customer service via email because they are not taking calls. I've been told to wait until all items are delivered then reply back to them for the next steps. I sell coins and have had many for years. No way I have auction receipts for all of these.

Since it is a legit and I will create the documents if need be, any sense of my chances for reinstatement?

My understanding is that MC011 is always about dropshipping and eBay won't flag an account unless they have solid evidence against you.

Definitely not a killer on legit accounts.
If you can provide the documents they're asking for, then you can easily get this restored.

Primarily graded coins but some raw. Also selling collectible currency. I'm trying to get rid of what I have before the paper is worth paper again.

All they have asked for is to wait until everything has been indicated as delivered then to contact them. All will be delivered by today according to USPS tracking. The only exception is a coin sent to the UK which went though the eBay International service. It has arrived at their processing center which should count as delivered. It's in their hands now.

What do you mean "dropshipping"? All items are sent USPS with tracking. The only exceptions have been three pennies which I sent with a first class stamp. That was a month ago and the funds have been received and positive feedback from 2 of the 3. All feedback I have is positive. Thanks for you help!!!

I actually just ran into the same issue, 100% feedback, very limited returns considering how many units I sold in total, and still got a random MC011 on a legit account.

I'll be able to provide what they're asking for, but the question is if the Filipino agents will accept what I provide.

I hate MC011, never passed it no matter what I provide, even if all the info I send in is 100% true.

Please keep us posted if you pass the MC011.

We have no choice then but to follow what the rep has advised you. Contact them when all of the orders were successfully delivered.
