Ebay request pic of ID on a legit biz account
 

Hello,
I've been asked to provide a photo ID for verification to remove the current suspension. I opened a business account with a registered LLC and provided a bank statement and receipts of items sold in my recent auctions. The items have been accepted and verified. They still need a photo ID however which is a problem if they are checking to see if I've been suspended in the past, which I was.

My questions are:
1. My business address and home address on my license are not the same. Are they simply checking my name and address to determine past suspensions?

2. If I create an ID, will they check the license number? If so, any ⊗⊗⊗⊗ id will fail, right?

I really want to do everything I can do to keep this account. Let me know your thoughts.

a photo ID will show your name and address and how you look like and sex,male or female,so they know t he person behind this LLC.IF NOT MORE.
What kind of photo ID are you going to give them?
AI can be used for facial recognition-show pictures of cats a thousand times,and AI know it is a cat.

I would like to upload my actual Florida Drivers license but the address is linked to a suspended account. Another option I had thought about if my current license isn't a good idea is to create a drivers license using a photoshop template. The template with the more recent Florida licenses is available but wouldn't work if they verify the license number.

Your thoughts on the use of my real id vs. an altered?

driver license they can verify easily,so if it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗,they will find out.
if you submit the real one,you said address is the same as the suspended account,what about the name of the person?

The name is different than that of the suspended account.

So I recently got a MC011 and I uploaded my new driver license in the state I just moved to. Some how they continue to suspended my business account indefinitely.

Either way you're going to have to upload an ID, just sharing my experienced. Good luck and keep us updated.

Yes. I was initially told to wait until all packages then respond once delivery has been confirmed for next steps. The next steps included receipts for merchandise and bank statements. I provided both immediately. After this, I was asked for receipts for the items sold and proof of identity.

Each step took about a day or so for customer service to respond. My conclusion is that while the accounts are flagged using algorithms, the determination to remove the suspension is most definitely an individual making the decision. With correct and verifiable information, I think it's possible for sure.
