I got through after 15 replies. They either kept saying I was missing information or that I was replying to the wrong message. Just keep sending replies every 12 hours if you didn't do anything obviously wrong and are still suspended. I had a return request open, and three reps said they couldn't reopen my account until I handled all open cases, so I just refunded the buyer as soon as the tracking was scanned in.
