Default Listing Banned Items--100% Proceeds to Charity

I have a few boxes of masks that I want to donate 100% proceeds to an eBay-approved charity, but I know they're at high risk of being removed and suspended for. Has anyone experimented with having listings removed if 100% of proceeds go to charity? I can buy masks for $20 and sell them for $60, but I don't want to get suspended, so I'd rather donate the $60 to charity as opposed to donating just $20. I have about 100 masks.

I guess this is a pipe dream, but I wanted to see if anyone here had first-hand knowledge about 100% of proceeds going to charity with banned items, not just speculation.

I just saw a mask listing get removed where 100% of proceeds went to charity. I guess I'll keep this topic up in the event someone wants to consider risking their account for charity.

I've stated in the original post why I wanted to donate. I could get 3x my cost on eBay. Also, I can only donate above my cost since I'm on welfare right now and struggle to pay rent each month. I'd rather have the profits go to a good cause. I've spoken to healthcare providers who are willing to buy the masks from me at cost if I provide them a receipt, so that's probably the route I'll go down. I was just hoping some sucker would pay 3x on eBay and then those profits could in turn buy 3x as many mask for healthcare workers, but I'm not risking my only source of income right now to help others.

I know you're trying to do good but risking your account isn't the best way to help.
As tinsoldier and agent have said, just give these out and keep your account alive.

It probably doesnt matter how much you donate to ebay. Those items are the "shoot first and ask questions later" types of items. And I would expect with phone lines being down, that you will get very very little consideration with your email correspondence that you will have to use to try to get your account reinstated.

eBay has given this seller a monopoly on surgical masks and kn95 Chinese masks. They are removing all other sellers except this one. Coincidentally, their warehouse is about 5 minutes away from me. I once went in to see if they offered local pickup, but they denied my request.

If eBay allowed all sellers of masks, their prices would be reduced by 70%. By only allowing one seller of masks(a reputable seller with a large-scale operation), they can triple their fees because the average price is tripled. I'm not sure if there is an anti-trust law that eBay is violating here or they're allowed to do this since they're a private corporation.

@OP, avoid online involvement and account jeopardizing for your nice act of charity - just locally handle it, etc
