Received MC019....
 

Ok so I received a MC019 for one of my listings... This is where I'm confused, eBay didn't remove my other auction that has the same exact item.. In the email that was sent to me eBay stated that it was removed because of limited selling history and auction was less than 5 days. The auction that is still currently running had been listed for 5 days and the one that was removed for 3 days. Do you guys think if I relist the item for 5 days I won't receive another violation..or should I not use the account for a few weeks? Anyone else been in this same situation? I have a bad feeling about this. Thanks

Do not risk listing the item again especially as a 5 day. Right at the moment ebay is being VERY strict with new accounts and how the listings are done.

If you can, leave the account well alone. Suggest you buy items to gain FB. DO go with that bad feeling. ebay bots are 'waiting' to hit your account. At the moment the account is flagged. But if you are careful you will overcome the problem :peace:

My account has been opened since dec 08, and I have 30 positive 100% feedback. When do you think I will be able to sell with that account again? I'm thinking about selling iphone cases, which at this time are not high risk items. The item which was removed was in the dvd category, after doing some research those listings get removed left and right. What are your thoughts?
