MC011 but listing online
 

hese are the documents we need:

1) Proof of your identity (please send a full image of a copy of your national ID, passport or driving license)

2) Proof of your address you have on file with us (please send a copy of recent utility bill or bank statement dated from within the last 6 months)

3) Proof of ownership for each of the items you are looking to list (For new items we can accept supplier or retailer invoices/receipts, or for old/used items we can accept photos of the items pictured clearly with your photo ID that proves the items are in your possession)

One of our resellers is currently going through this. His orders are still coming in daily. While they wait for his documents to come in.

They told him he's been linked to another account which is also under the same suspension. While the other account had its listings removed, the latter did not.
Weird.

I don't know, but the best you can do is hand them all the information they've requested.

Only paypal will know for sure after you submit the info.

There are many times where PP still denies reinstatement after document submission so it may not work :(

My main account got restricted first
It's been about 15 days, I've just managed to close all returns/cases a few days ago and will probably get an answer within a day or two from eBay whether I will get it back or not. My 2nd account only had 50 listings on and was still selling for a good 10 days after the 1st one got the mc011. Then I received an email saying due to it being linked to the 1st account it's also restricted and I need to solve the problem with the first account ect...

Maybe it will be the same, hope that helps.
