MC045 after listing for sell
 

Hi,
Need Help for Stealth Guru
I've got warning MC045 & temporary suspended, here's detailed
1) has make New Paypal verified with VCC
2) Old account modified change name, address, remove cc thats linked old suspended
3) IP address in Indonesia used Wifi hotspot that IP changed every restart
4) User in Indonesia address, listing to shipped in US (has US address)

Whats its cause for temporary suspended
A) Ip address
B) early for sell, has browsing try make history 5-7 days then sell
C) Listing to shipped US
D) make One time payment with Paypal ( only VCC not added my CC)

if ebay account long time not use, will got MC045 unauthorities
