So can i use a prepaid internet laptop for new stealth accounts?
 

So I have been looking at prepaid internet laptops but am kinda confused on how they work? Ive been reading and am still a little lost. I have gotten that its not Wifi and that it is basically like a prepaid phone card for the internet. It goes wherever you go. So does that mean that you will get an IP like a mobile that changes? Or will it change each month when you pay for more internet? Does anyone know how this works? Like is it actually a card that you scratch the number off and put into your laptop like a prepaid phone card? And im assuming that it will not show your home location right? But to have an Amazon seller account you have to have one steady IP right? Or could I get by telling them I use prepaid internet so thats why it will change? Thanks for the help!
