MC011 on a 100% Positive Feedback account

Hi,

I was happily selling on eBay, when suddenly I received a fleury of emails saying all my listings have ended...

Then 2 minutes later, as I was scratching my head, I receive this:

A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay's User Agreement. As a result, we've taken the following action on your account:
- Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won't be able to list new items. You're also not allowed to register a new account.
- Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
- All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.

To appeal this restriction, you will need to:
- Submit all of the following information by fax (fax number below):
-- Documentation (including manufacturer's invoices or receipts) that shows that you purchased the item (s) recently listed for sale on eBay.

-- Important --
Make sure that your name and user ID appear on each document that you submit. If this information is not included, it cannot be processed. Also, please be sure your submitted documents are current, valid, and legible.

Fax all documents to:
eBay
Attention: SRM Appeals
Fax number: (801) 880-7018
I am a 100% positive seller on eBay, with 0 complaints and cases open against me.

The problem, I cannot go back and send them what they want, as I was selling in-game items...

I am planning on calling them, but I have no idea what I should say.

Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Re: MC011 on a 100% Positive Feedback account

there is 2 reasons for MC011. One, you sold too much for what the account usually does OR someone reported you from multiple accounts. Which will then trigger this.

Re: MC011 on a 100% Positive Feedback account

Both above advices are totally wrong,
They just asking from you invoices, only way to get this fixed by send them what they asking,
Calling Ebay will not makes any difference it back office team which is also called seller risk team

Its either your items which caused authenticity issue or tracking showing late delivery

Send them invoices and explain well in the email good chances to get account back
