Question about SNP suspensions and dashboard..

I was restricted for 30 days 2 months ago for seller non performance.

I got 2 negatives this week and 1 neutral 3 weeks ago but I got one of the negatives to revise to a positive. So my account currently has 1 neg and 1 neutral showing for the past 30 days.

My Buyer satisfaction is currently good on my dashboard because it was last updated a week ago when there was only 1 neutral on there.

Just wondering, do ebay suspended people immediately, or do they wait until the dashboard is updated?

I am worrying incase I get suspended and im panicking because my seller dashboard should get updated today or tomorrow. Or would they have suspended me already if they were going to?
