Old suspended eBay restored please help
 

Hi everyone so my original eBay was suspended like 5 years ago for non payment. I was a new seller and went AWOL. anyways i have the full money to pay for it now i was told that if i pay for it they will remove the suspension. The allowance then was unlimited. I would like to know if anyone have been thru this and they were able to use the eBay again or they just telling me what i want to hear? Please advise. Thanks in advance

That's a long long time, is the account still there?
There might be a chance you can get it back, contact eBay and see if you even can still pay them.

Yeah i contact them they said to pay and they will reinstate it. but am sure if they are bluff. and yes i started dropshiping in 2013 and my limit got to unlimited and then i missed payment and then i was suspended.

Well, you still need to pay them regardless... you owe them that.
So pay and get your account back

you should pay them, but be aware that even if you pay, they sometimes do not remove the suspension

Pay it with a credit card and if they don't give your account back - chargeback keep all your emails so you can prove to CC you got screwed.

i login into the eBay there was a warning saying i breached their policy am going to chat with another of their staffs just to be sure. It took me 5 years to get the money am not going to lose it on a lie from customer service.

Not even remotely accurate.
You owe Ebay their fees for their services provided, they provided such services therefore you owe them without dispute...simple as that.

Whether you pay them or not, that's your decision and your decision alone regardless of what others suggest. And..
whether Ebay will reinstate your account after you pay is Ebay's decision and theirs alone. Only they the answer.

Turns out the staff yesterday lied i just chatted with the team that deals with suspension and he said i could pay but i won't get it back because it have been too long.

I had an account perm restricted years ago from the purge days, and somehow I am able to list on my account again.

Maybe others' accounts have been lifted as well ?

Congrats - quite possibly others' have had reinstatement as well
