Ebay stealth account

Hi,

I created a ebay account with high limit but the ip is infected.

I can create the new username and use new fresh ip address of ip burger and the account will work without problems ?

What do you mean with infected? Blacklisted?
Normally you change your IP and all is good.

we cannot say if an IP alone will fix all your problems since stealth has many parts. but if youre using a blacklisted IP to make an account, thats a big no no
