Account suspended for no reason
 

Hey,

It's my first time to post here.

I'm selling on eBay for four-month right now following all the rules, and I've 100% Positive feedback.

Today i got an item in stock, and there was a previous buyer who asked me to reach out when I restock.

I have just created the listing and reached out to that buyer through eBay messages and sent him the link to my new listing.

Couple minutes later I got this email from eBay that i was suspended and they can't say the reason, and i need to reach out them to solve it.

i reached out to them through the chat, and they said that the department would contact me in 24 hours.


Then i got this email!

i don't understand anything atm why I got suspended, and they don't want to say.

i got a ton pile of products with me right now.

What was the item in question? More than likely related to that.

i sell laptops and software.
the listing was already existed same everything and sold a lot with no issues.

as you can see on both emails they did not say anything regards any item,
even though when i talked to them on the chat they refusing to say what was the problem for that suspend.

my account was created 2014! so it's not new and there's thousands of dollars in transactions both buy and sell.

windows and antivirus. but genuine products not counterfeit or accounts

Software is one of the big VERO ITMES. They might think you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ SOFTWARE I dont care if it is real or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ . If you want to sell software i would say just have one acc and sell it in there. If it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ here is a backdoor for u. Sell it with a USB cable let's say you are selling Adobe photoshop. U are buying a usb cable and u get Adobe photoshops for free . There are hotkeys for software like ms and Adobe there are lot of ways to get around things hope this helps and good luck ebay is turning into a lot of ****. Also don't forget about mp u need to look into that if u dont know about mp

It happened to a lot of people with a lot of accounts.

Worst thing is paypal tells people to open a claim. if they do they get auto refunded even if the item was not supposed to arrive yet

doesn't matter if you got away with it a few times, you only need a bot or a rep to see it once and suspend your account

unfortunately high risk item means high risk

I sold a old dell laptop and they limited my paypal. it sucks...
