Third account permanent suspended, other two working fine ? Please help
 

Hello all, hope you’re doing well.

I’ve been using Ebay for the past 6 months for selling and I have (had) 3 non stealth business accounts registered with the same information name, address PayPal etc.

First account is top Rated , Power Seller made in 2019, sold over 400 items haven’t had any issues with it.

Second account is above standard made in 2010, sold over 200 items haven’t have any issues with it as well.

I’ve made a third account 4 weeks ago to sell some second hand used items from home and to use it for buying , I have sold 5 items on it and the account got the worst possible suspend , I’m unable to use ebay in anyway to create new accounts and to use old accounts.

I have contacted ebay and they told me they cannot do anything about it its permanent.


The thing is my other two main accounts are working fine but the information on them is exactly the same as on the third account.

My questions are:

How come the other two accounts are still running it’s been 3 days ?

Should I try to change all the information slowly on my main accounts ?

Please ,Any help will be extremely appreciated.

move to stealth accounts you will have hard time in the future if you don't

The initial suspension probably didn’t trigger a thorough manual review.

I’ve had a friend’s account suspended after logging in from the same IP that my old suspended account logged in.

The first suspension didn’t mention any linked account, after I appealed, they found it’s inked to my old account and restricted my friend’s account indefinitely.

I also had another account receive a MC011 restriction. I never appealed. Two months later and I didn’t even use that account as I considered it toasted, I received another suspension message saying this account is tied to another account which is suspended.

Each review eBay performs in the background is different, once you appeal, it may trigger a more thorough review and uncover more linked accounts.
