Got suspended - How do I create a new account?
 

My eBay seller account just got suspended.
It is my second account as the first one got suspended immediately. I suspect it was due to me being from Israel as I didn't go against their TOS.
My second account (the one that just got suspended) was made using ExpressVPN for UK IP. I connected it to the original PayPal account.

I want to make a new account using a fresh dedicated IP from the US/UK, but I need to make sure I'm doing everything correctly:

- Can I connect it to the same Paypal account linked to my suspended account?
- If the answer above is no, can I use an Israeli Paypal account and credit card for a US/UK eBay seller account?
- Can I use the same phone number (Israeli number) I used on the suspended acc for verification?
- Do I need a US/UK phone number if I'm planning to make a US/UK seller account with a US/UK IP?
- Can I use the same browser and PC to sign up for my new account, once I have a dedicated IP? Do I need to erase cookies or something of the sort?

I create accounts with no problems, you do something wrong during registration.
You need to write yourself everything down, and see what causes your suspensions.

Which country accounts do you create? Israel?

Israel / Russia / UK mostly.
