This message came after the first domestic product in eBay was listed in the auction.

That means eBay has suspended your account.

From what i've heard, and went through myself. They ban you either because you're linked to another banned eBay account, or because you've started listing too fast.

I've read here on the forum that this happens almost to every new seller thought, so consider calling in, they'll ask few questions and should unban your account. Hopefully.

That account is toast for good.
I'd start over and retrace what you did to make the first account and see if you made any mistakes.
