Could I get back on Ebay using my grandmas Wifi, personal info Etc?
 

Hello everyone! So Ebay blocked my account a month ago and I think I found out a way I could get back on but I'll need your advice. So firstly, my grandma is ok with me using her information to create a new account. So my plan on getting back onto Ebay is at her home, I'll create a new Ebay account using her information (Name, address, phone #, etc). Here are my questions.

1. After creating the account, am I safe to use the account on any device?
2. Could I use my current PayPal account or do I have to make a new one?
3. Could I use my current checking account to pay for the Ebay fees?

You can't use it on the IP address that you were suspended before, you can't also use it on the device where you were suspended (unless you've formatted it or so)
If you had and connection to your previous eBay account that got suspended with this PP, then you can't and you have to create a new one.

1: You could tether your phone as a hotpot and use data to your laptop. This will give you a new IP. Switching your phone from airplane mode on/off will create a new IP. Can confirm via google “what’s my IP”.

2 & 3: You can - if from PP. But you will need to change/update the email address in PP from the current one. Afterwards, you can link the account to pay for eBay fees.
