Bogus eBay Violations, Restrictions, and Policies. eBay the sham as you know it

This is not a ****post I promise I’m just here to bring awareness to an issue that I am sure many of you are familiar with. The level of “ass-covery” from eBay can be compared to that of the federal government(s)

eBay is an utter joke and no **** they are going to continue to keep loosing their market share because they simply do not care about the sellers nor buyers, eBay is a very greedy company and I am working on a big project to hope and expose them for the world to see just what kind of shady practices they are leaving in their trails. From unclear policies to outright invalid claims. That was enough of a tangent.

eBay allegedly restricted my stealth for 7 days due to selling unbranded, uncopyrighted generic items, not once used a trademarked phrase or word and there are many other sellers, top rated sellers with about 100+ sales on this same item. But the day I post it after about 20ish hours I get the listing removed and slapped with this restriction and now I have been told by an eBay representative the review process can take up to 3 days to review and have reported numerous same item listings to concur my own investigation on their review and policy claims because, how can an unbranded item be removed because they question the authenticity then I get outright lied to by even the alleged eBay “supervisor” whom I was transferred to, now I am taking the offensive approach and will stop at nothing to kill the stakeholders both metaphorically not.

Maybe create another new account?

Pretty much any same violation after a 7 day, is followed by suspension indefinitely - I would know -welp.

eBay has been crooked forever; PP right there with them, it’s a losing battle trying to get them to change their flawed business model. With time there will be a successor, actually surprised either has lasted this long given all their shenanigans.

It's their place, their rules. But they have a monopolistic hold on the market, that's what's unfair.
