How to pass this?

Hi.

I just try to login to my suspended account to check if can login and transfer funds out and got this error:
Help us protect your account

We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

Account was lose access and now seems i can login but got locked.
This is true or account still banned?

How can i pass this?

If you rign them they sometimes let you update the number so long as you have access to the original email account still.
