Your account has been suspended twice

Hey guys, Long time ago I made a stupid mistake and ebay deleted my account. One month ago I wanted to try flip some stuff on ebay and I made new account, I changed mac adress and bought cheap proxy ( I live in Ukraine ). I added one listing and everything was good, two weeks later ( after I added first listing ) I added 4 new products and immediately ebay suspeded my account, I wrote to support and they recovered my account , I added products again and they suspened my account and won't recovery. What mistake did I make? how they caught me?

Since you didn’t suspended after first listing suspension caused your items (maybe IP address as well)
