dongle question
 

Hi, i use the same dongle for my stealth's, but recently one stealth was suspended. Do i get a new sim card now? I am with 3 but i am unsure if the IP is always changing or not. Does 3UK have an unlimited IP pool?

No provider has an unlimited IP pool. The pools might be large but they are finite.
If one account got suspended then it IS possible to get another account suspended - if you were to get the same IP address using that dongle. The likelihood of that happening is low but if can still happen.
Im getting the impression you did not keep track of the IPs you used over time which is a shame as it would have simplified things.
If you realy want to be safe get a new SIM but from a different provider than the one you used with the suspended account. Getting the same company's SIM will just give you access to the same IP pool and will accomplish nothing.
And when you start using this new provider's SIM be sure to record all the IP being used to avoid having to deal with this sort of thing in the future should you lose another account.
