not able to list first item

Getting this issue for 2 new accounts registered with different details and devices

"Your request couldn't be processed because of a technical issue. Please try again."

Please help

Have you changed IPs ? or you can use IPburger to cut the trails, you sure you didnt linked anything ? Also this issue persist all the time ? How many times you tried and in what time periods?

I didntchange the ip address
