How to resolve this Ebay limitation ?
 

Hello.
Can someone give advice how to handle this limitation when ebay asks to confirm information directly with them.

Previously when phone line was open this was easy.

But now phone lines is closed and also chat and email is not anymore available when account is suspended. Then how can i confirm or contact them ? Account is .com registered.

I find that if the account is suspended then if you go into the help section and click on a different option, like resolving a buyer issue or handling returns, and then the live chat feature will be made available to you. Then when you get through you just explain that you are trying to re-instate your account. It has worked for me before
