Pay ebay with Visa eGiftcard

One of my stealth ebay account was suspended due to outstanding unpaid balance.

I'm wondering if I could simply use the VISA eGift card to pay ebay?

Visa eGift card doesn't have name and billing address info. on card, can I pay ebay with such eGift card + any name/billing address?

agreed, it depends what card you use, ebay will not accept all cards
