New Ebay Account suspended
 

Hello guys,

Today I was creating one account on Ebay and was suspended in 30 minutes after it was created.

- I have used VM + VPN Fresh IP. Everything NEW
- I was creating this account to do some history and then start selling but it is the second account I got suspended like that in 30 minutes after it was created no reason and everything new.

Any recommendation? am I doing something wrong?

No at all. I didn't even add the address or phone number on the account.
I was just looking through ebay products to build cookies and minutes later I got the e-mail saying the account was suspended

I usually recommend to use the new device and different real ip address

I used 24vc so I don't think that was the issue

You shouldn't create an account using VPN. It's better if you use mobile IP, and then browse on your VPN before listing anything, assuming everything is brand new.

Datacenter IPs is not the best choice to create an account from scratch.

Create a regular buyer account .. and buy items .. in a week spread out like 5 items ( low cost with browsing in between) then after the 7th day switch to business account and start your stealth . See if that works

Does he really need a new device/laptop/pc? As I thought a new user account will do.

What browser was you using? What service specifically was you using for a phone number?

Using 24vc would not have caused a suspension upon creation, but it most likely would have caused a suspension on the first listing.

A new user account is fine as long as OP is running windows 7 or earlier. Suspensions before even registering phone and address means there is a link between your suspended accounts and the new ones made, period. Ebay NEVER randomly suspended new accounts unless a red flag is raised.
It's also true that datacenter VPN'S have been problematic for account creation, hit or miss and never 100% safe.
Other factors that raise red flags are:
Using abused VoiP phones, abused addresses, etc. which is not OP's problem as he never got that far.

I was using Chrome I think that could be the trigger as I have read that is the worst browser to use for stealth accounts.

What browser do you recommend?

And no chance to add phone number.

I don't know how I was linked from one account to other. I have used different name, new gmail account, new VM and new fresh ip. Also, the country I choose for creating the new account was completely different from the ones I have previously used.

I think I go more into the idea of Datacenter IP for creating accounts from scratch

What kind of item/kind of category did you list right after starting the account rmullen?

No listing was made just a normal account. I didn't even go to the selling section where you have to put address and phone number.
