is this dangerous on ebay stealth?

Can i use my sim dongle with the same sim for multiple stealth accounts that have completely differing details?

I ask this as i understand using SIM IPs can crossover but not pose a risk right? This is because the IP would be in the same sim pool as others around me using that network too.
