do we need a debit card to use paypal?
 
Hi, i was wondering if linking a bank account (savings account) was enough to sell on paypal/ebay. Must i need to link a debit card as well?

I haven't linked a debit card on one stealth paypal and i can sell fine, as i depost the money back to bank without hassle. Is it fine to carry on?

I'd always use a card to verify then a bank account to confirm the account.
Never only one.

you can use a VCC if you don't want to use a debit card
