Help/advice Needed for a potential vero suspension
 

I just purchased Ebay Stealth, and read it. It did not mention a lot on vero suspension.

I only sell 100% Genuine used stuff on ebay. and I am 100% positive powerseller for years.

Days ago, one of my stupid customer emailed me to cancel our transaction because he received an email from the manufacturer telling him that my stuff is ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and they have contacted ebay about this issue, to cease my ebay account.

obviously, the company said that because of conflict of interest, that is, I am not their authorized dealer.

So far, nothing happened from ebay, but I guess sooner or later.

my question,

1. how likely ebay will respond/comply the company's request？（They don't have proof I am selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗, but I can prove I am selling genuine.)

2. Can they cease my account just because I am not their dealer？

3. Shall I stop all the listing related to that company right now? useful?

4. I guess ebay will ask for receipt for the product. May I just give them some receipt from some other company？ will ebay trace down?

If you are selling Authentic items just supply the invoice or receipt and give pictures proving the items are authentic. Not a big deal is it?

Houston, we have a problem. The OP is actually in CHINA. I already changed the flag to China. But by a miracle it went back to Canada. Makes giving advice difficult
