Hi, so recently on one of my stealths, a buyer with 0 feedback has opened 3 return cases (clear scam), saying all parcels were empty (how convenient).

I don't care about the money, but will i get banned for this? I understand 3 cases in one day is mental and can trigger bots.

My metrics are good and i have only had 2 returns out of 200 items.

Do you think the 3 cases will ruin me?

There isn't a way to win this without losing out. I would save myself the trouble, refund, report and block him.

Personally, I don't sell to really low feedback buyers who make high or multiple purchases.
I just cancel and refund, and block.
