Everybody pls help me for Guest Chat with Support

Hi Everyone,

After register, new eBay accounts, alls my account suspended right away after 5 minutes.

Today I want to contact eBay customer services but eBay requests member login to chat.

I saw some people can chat without login (Guest chat), so I want to know how I can do that? Hope you can pls let me know.

This is the issue, i would go tru my steps, cause you did something wrong in creating them. Before contacting ebay,

You could just sent them an message asking to reinstate, there stealth they dont know who you are anyway, worth the gamble.

Choose contact us and find the topic that opens up the option for chat
If you get to login page then you can find an option below to continue without login.

you can contact them on twitter without needing to login
