MC011 For Late Shipment
 

So I received an MC011 for some late shipments. They asked for tracking numbers when shipped, which I provided. I emailed them back as requested and am waiting for a response. Account is legit and about 8 years old. Is this a situation which can be bounced back from?

95% that account is toasted. My 6 years old account was burned after mc011 and after sending all needed docs.

I really hope so... I've seen a lot of these MC011 go into suspension. But since your account is original, I think you can provide them more if they want more later.

5, my car broke down when I was out of town and it took a few days to get back home

I got suspended for that many too, they didn't bother. Next time, upload a tracking number for each sale even though you can't ship them in time.

You mean they didn't bother reinstating or they didn't bother keeping you suspended?

What you can do if you need to do it manually, is using the VPN from ipburger on your phone to upload the tracking. I believe they have an option for mobile devices.

I was 5 days late and they restricted my account.

I have no problems creating high limit accounts but since March this year, eBay has gotten a lot more strict on those high limit accounts. Before that, I could use data center IP right after after creating an account using residential IP. Now it’s an auto ban. They also are cracking down on fast sales. I didn’t have a problem listing too many too fast, now all the accounts are suspended. You gotta be careful.
