Is Reinstatement after ebay account charge off?

My eBay account was suspended for non-payment of eBay fees back in November of 2019. It since has been charged off. I can still access my account, but it ask me to make a one time payment. Is it possible to pay the one time payment and get reinstated?

If you are sure it's ONLY for non-payment of the fees, a one time payment is likely to get it reinstated.

Well regardless you still owe them their fees.

If they are asking you to pay it off and they'll reinstate, most of the time they will.
